I have been a member at the spa for years! Hannah and her staff are friendly and professional– I love the facials and fantastic hot stone massage! Therapists are well trained and ready to help you relax! I highly recommend the spa for a night out with the girls or for a regular treat for yourself!

I don’t feel super confident giving this place two stars because I’ve only been there one time, and I think my experience was probably majorly influenced by my massage therapist. She talked about herself the entire time. I should have said something about it during my service, but I’m a chicken, so I’m doing it here instead. I just think it’s kind of a given that you really should be quiet when giving someone a massage and if you’ve got to talk, at least don’t talk about yourself the whole time. On top of that, she didn’t even touch my neck, front of my legs, or upper arms/​shoulders/​pectorals… Please Tranquility, talk to your staff about annoying your clients with constant chatter and being thorough. I feel like I wasted $ 85…

For a small and local spa and salon, this place is wonderful! All of the staff deliver exceptional customer service along with amazing spa and salon services. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is calm and serene which is an essential when you are in need of a relaxing spa experience. I have been a couple of times and have never been disappointed. If you live locally they also have great monthly plans that are affordable so you can treat you and/​or your friends and family to some badly needed respite.
