The folks at Enterprise Rental Car in Potsdam, NY, are very friendly and accommodating. They took extra time to help me find a car that fit me. I am a large and tall man and it took a while, but they found the perfect vehicle. Friendly, fast, efficient, these are the words that best describe Kelvin and his crew! Thank you for everything! I will definitely use this service again.

We had a great experience with Enterprise. Rowen picked me up at my home and was very friendly and courteous. The car they were going to give us was a little too small and I was offered an upgrade at no extra cost. Will definitely use them again.

Very attentive staff and they try hard to get the right car for you. They are also the only commercial car rental chain in town, I believe (and I don’t think they take advantage of that)
