To set the correct tone in the beginning of this post, I am only assigning 5 stars because you can’t rate HIGHER than 5. I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with Libby, Aida, Debbie and Karen since September 2015. I cannot speak highly enough of this team. Their hourly rate is extremely reasonable and their level of service is unsurpassed. From shopping for me and setting up my townhouse, to organizing my kitchen to a level of detail that I could NEVER do, Potomac Concierge ought to give lessons to others. If I could hire them all, I would. The team is very professional, polite and discreet. You should stop reading online reviews and contact them to help you immediately — you’re wasting your valuable time… To Libby and the team: You are the BEST!

It’s been four years since I made my first call to Potomac Concierge and I have never looked back. These ladies, the owners Aida and Libby as well as their highly competent and professional team, have played an intrinsic role in so many aspects of my life. From organizing my home, handling my move and overseeing house renovations, to helping me throw parties, sort out legal issues, and taking care of the day-to-day minutia, these ladies are my absolute go-to. They never bat an eye when I come to them with my latest request. Instead, they take care of business swiftly and with the utmost discretion, respect, and compassion. I don’t know where I would be today without Aida and Libby. From the bottom of my heart: thank you ladies!

Your ladies are great!!! They’re both very easy to get along with and they got a whole lot done both days they were here. I would really like to have them come back and tackle the remaining boxes that I have. I couldn’t have done it without them. Debbie and Kim made a huge positive difference in our home — the clutter is gone(and we’re talking a whole lot of clutter) in the bedrooms, the basement, and the laundry room. What’s left is organized and tidy. They earned my trust and confidence during their first session. Somehow they found a good balance between gently nudging me to reconsider what to keep(and what to throw away, recycle, give away, & sell) and respecting and honoring my decisions. They worked hard and got a lot done each session. I won’t hesitate to hire them again when the need arises.
