I was the only person waiting for food and asked how long it would take to make 1 small sandwich. They said less than 5 mins. Over 10 mins later they finally yelled out something about my order being ready. I was waiting for a bus that I nearly missed. The staff were too busy talking to eachother to properly make an order. Noticed them just standing around talking for awhile before even starting to make the sandwich. The sandwich itself was made incorrectly but they didn’t care. Would not go here again, much better options in the area.

Excellent subs. Italian and turkey subs are my favorite. Bread is perfect. Double troubles is way to go for cheesesteaks. Cheese wiz philly too. Both are philly style with cheese on the bottom. Skinny fries are fantastic as are the loaded cheese wiz fries. Delivery is great since they use a box that keeps the subs fresh. New management at this location has really improved operations.

The manager of this location says that company discounts are a «privilege» not a right! Given his arrogant and obnoxious attitude towards his customers I suggest you find your Jerry’s privilege at another location. The food is also lousy.
