Definitely happy with the service provided. Good customer service seems to be lacking these days, but not with this company. Not only did the serviceman fix my chimney problem but he took the time to tell me why the problem was happening in the first place. He was very professional, and on time which is very important to me. Also, he wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Highly recommended and I definitely will be using again in the future.

Hired him to clean out my dryer vent. He arrived on time, removed his shoes when trekking inside and out (which I much appreciated and I didn’t even have to ask). He explained everything he was doing so I could understand. Did a very thorough job. My dryer now takes half the time it did to dry a load of clothes!!! My machine will also last longer because the build-up blocking the machine from venting is all gone! Highly recommend this gentleman =)
