U-Haul Moving & Storage at Airline Blvd

The propane service is excellent at this store location and as a former resident in this area, I appreciated being able to get my 30 lb tanks filled here. The manager, Sheila Woolard, went out of her way to assist me when I needed help filling my motor home tank and with connecting my tow vehicle before leaving this area, even though it was not a U-​haul trailer. I highly recommend this service store and it has easy access on Airline Blvd. The service also has a large selection of U-​Haul trucks and trailers, along with moving accessories.

Con artists! My wife set up a rental online and we saved it for 2 days. She got to the office and the representative confirmed our 2 day reservation when she picked up the uhaul. At no point in time did the rep have her review the contract until she already confirmed it. The lady even told her that we were dropping off Sunday morning at 9 which was 2 days. After day one they call us saying it was only reserved for one day and it was late and another customer was booked for 12 for that truck. The general manger was the one who botched our rental and basically called my wife and her sister liars (who confirmed the entire interaction between my wife and the general manager) by saying that she never said anything about 2 days. If you want a no bullshit contract stay away from here they are out for your money! I attempted to negotiate a solution by asking if other trucks were available etc but they just said no everything is booked without even checking. I wanted everyone to come out on top with this whole situation but they wouldn’t work with me, eventually they gave me a later deadline (I didn’t even have a chance to move my whole apartment with the rushed deadline), and that’s my two cents on the matter…

They got us taken care of on short notice.
They were quick and efficient.
They were the Best Deal too.
I was a little disappointed with a couple of hoops I had to jump through parking a truck back on the lot. But not really a big deal.
Recommend getting Gas at Wawa on Victory. Yes it’s a headache to get in and out but Airline Blvd gas stations are in sad shape. Don’t waste your time. Pay attention to the guide in your packet and give UHaul exactly the amount they gave you.
Don’t waste your $$$ on Too Much Truck if all you need is X don’t pay the Extra $ per mile difference. It ends up being huge, so Think it Through.

First time using this location to get a truck. The staff was polite, but not overly friendly. However, they were super short for check out ! My only concern now is the fact the extra blankets don’t have 6 in them but only 4. Hoping we don’t get charged for that oversight.
They sell a lot of moving supplies. Super cool color coded and worded tape for each room! Super small book boxes. Tons more. The furniture dolly wasn’t available to rent but a new one was super reasonable and will get other use over time .
So far a good experience.
