When I moved here last summer I was surprised to find only one yarn shop in town, but I soon realized that the Yarn Basket is all I need and more! There are a wide variety of classes and I’m brushing up on my knitting skills with the beginners and beyond classes. Diane is always on the lookout for interesting yarns and keeps a good selection on hand. I usually walk there, but have never had a problem parking on Deer Street for the few occasions I’ve needed to drive. Stop in sometime!

The newest new location on Deer Street is much airier and easier to move around in. Plus, lots of local artisans’ yarns that you might not find elsewhere! Yay!
