Ray’s Towing Service

Great, friendly service. Had my car towed from my house to the auto show and they were on top, enthusiastic and super polite. Got the job done quickly and easily. Awesome service.

CHALLENGE: find ONE PERSON on God’s green earth that loves getting out to their car in subzero temps at the end of a work day and finding their car has a flat tire.
Can’t be done.
That being said … Ray’s Towing managed to make the experience pretty damn enjoyable.
Bobby was my guy for the roadside assistance, and he was a tire-​changing CHAMP. The guy came out much quicker than the estimated time, and his cheerful attitude helped keep my mind off the fact that valuable parts of my body were quickly freezing off. (Seriously, it was like «Day After Tomorrow» cold! Bobby was just working in a sweatshirt, too — thanks to that «Rhode Island blood», he joked.)
He even pointed out how the local potholes had done a number on my tire, and took the time to help me work out a tire-​buying strategy.
No joke: finding someone that funny and cool in such miserable conditions makes everything better.
