I already knew of this florist, but not much else. However, when my mother died, we received more than floral gifts, all of them lovely. But, there was one that stood out because of its sheer beauty, and no one could notice without complimenting it. It came from Portsmouth Floral. Since that time, I’ve used them for many arrangements and delivery; the service has been superb and the excellent quality and beauty have been repeated each time.

Against the advice of the previous reviewer I walked in looking for a bouquet. The place REEKS of ashtray and when I walked in a guy spotted me but was walking back into the back and didn’t bother to turn around and greet me. When I looked into the cooler and saw 3 cheesy bouquets with half dead carnations priced $ 35-​$ 50 I came to my senses and walked right back out the front door. Don’t bother with this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Came in for a floral arrangement for a funeral and it smelled like a smokestack instead of a florist. Woman who helped us had a major attitude and didn’t seem keen on helping us at all. Go elsewhere.
