Kappatal Cuts

I called ahead to see if they do straight razor shaves, they did. I usually ask for older barbers but I was told to ask for Howard.
Well Howard did his thang with the straight razor, and he did it dry! Powder and oil was all he used and my cut is smoother than a baby bottom! If I’m ever in Norfolk, Va. again and I need a cut, I will not hesitate to go to Howard again.
Oh! And they are Kid friendly. Two video game dedicated televisions. Your son’s will be occupied while they wait their turn to get their head cuts. Even the video games are kid friendly. Great job to the owner of this establishment, you are blazing the trail with looking out for your clients!
