Old, outdated facility. I was forced to find a storage unit asap and this place was my only option. 2nd floor unit, NO lighting, No roll-​up doors and a freight elevator that was slow and when it finally got to the top, slipped down 6″ so you constantly had to close up the doors and raise it again and again. Not only that, I found a better, cheaper storage facility and when I went to cancel on the 2nd, (I as told before I rented this that I have 5 days without being charged the full month) I was told that I needed to give 10 days notice and that my full amount was already billed and no refunds. Avoid this place as there are many better ones on the seacoast.

Had my stuff in storage here in a climate controlled unit for the last eleven years and I just moved the stuff out today. There was no mold on any of the boxes and no pest damage at all. They keep their units very well maintained and free of pests. Highly recommend this storage company.
