I was initially referred to Hair Colour Concepts when I was griping to a friend about how my hair dresser at the time was moving away and I would have to start the process of finding a suitable replacement by trial and error — which terrified me. That was four years ago and I’ve been coming back to HCC for my six (or seven to eight) week follow-​ups every since! Jessica isn’t afraid to tell me if what I am asking for is unrealistic or not in my best interest. She’s come in on her days off or stayed later if I couldn’t make my appointment. She’s turned me on to their amazing organic product line by Soma that I have since been a religious convert of. I’ve even gone to them for some of their other services — mani/​pedis, a wedding updo, waxing, and bought a voucher for a shellac appointment coming up soon. I entrust the services of this staff — they are a small outfit with very personal service — the owner is super nice and the ladies staffed there are quite professional. It’s a small business I am proud to support and this time if Jess ever moves away — I’m following her!
