We recently purchased a hot tub from Great Bay Spa & Sauna. From day one they were professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. Tony was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time with us answering our questions. We got a great price on the Sundance model we chose. Their delivery team was top notch and did a thorough job of explaining the start up process to us. As new spa owners, we have had to call with questions about the chemicals a few times. Tony and Jessica were there each time to help us, and they always tell us to call back with any additional concerns we have. The customer service you receive from Great Bay is really quite impressive. We definitely made the right choice when we bought our spa from them. We are enjoying it nightly, it is truly awesome!

When you first enter the store you will notice employees that are ready to help you and that are very pleasant to deal with. Tony (manager) has a incredible knowledge base on hot tubs and he helped us pick out our hot tub seven years and if I ever have a question, I can call him and he or Jess will be there to answer me. I just had my hot tub serviced by Tim and he was incredible and Very Professional. He took the time to explain what was done and gave me many ideas on how to keep my hot tub working. This company is like a extended family to me as they all treat you with the best customer service! I’m a customer for life at Great Bay Spa and Sauna!

Sundance Spa tubs is what we were in the market for.
Found that they are the best in US right here in Portsmouth. They won the national Sundance’s President Award. I’m writing because you probably pick a dealer based on worse case scenarios, right. We worked with sales, who asked all the right questions and got the right tub at a fantastic price, we were nervous about the long distance delivery, and what would become of service requests? The service team has called us to ask about how a previous fault code and repair was working for us, and then, showed up «because they were in the area» to make sure. All covered under an exceptional warranty implemented by a great service and scheduling team.
You really can enjoy the tub better with this knowledge going into the purchase, hope this helps.
