I love going to this dine and drive thru the service is always fast and the food is freshly prepared, oh the coffee is delicious. The staff is always very friendly and eager to take your order. They offer k cups which I can purchase for home use which is another plus for me and also offer a phone app that I use or my rewards cards. Highly recommend that offer lots of perks like, gift cards, birthday awards, mug and other gifts. Download their phone app to see all the wonderful things you’ll able to received in store and tell your friends.

You would think a coffee joint would know how to make coffee.
Every time I go there, which is quite often, I order an iced coffee with almond milk and sugar. It’s simple common sense– add the sugar to the hot coffee, then ice it. What they probably actually do: add ice and coffee then the sugar. Here’s what happens. The sugar falls to the bottom and the sugar doesn’t dissolve so it sits at the bottom of the cup. I spend probably 10 minutes trying to shake it up with my straw that keeps bending so I can’t mix it. Or I try to swirl it around but the coffee is already cold so the sugar doesn’t dissolve plus I spill a little bit.
I know this is kind of a ridiculous rant, but it’s happened enough times and makes me angry enough to want to write a review about it.
What I do love: their toasted everything bagels with vegetable cream cheese. That and an iced coffee is about 4 bucks, so I can’t complain about that. Also, the people are nice.

Very very prompt friendly service. My cashier was Rita and she was extremely nice. Super clean location and merchandise was neatly organized. The employees were remarkably happy at this location.

Sorry but the ladies here need a lesson in fast food working 101. They move at a snails pace. It shouldnt take fifteen minutes to get an iced coffee ready.

Very very slow service. No management structure to get food out quick. The staff was loud and not friendly.

Nice, friendly, and fast clean donut shop across the street from the Williams Court shopping center. It has its own parking lot and separated from other businesses. Good service and they never got my order wrong. Fresh donuts, muffins, and other quality breakfast items as expected from Dunkin Donuts. Normal bustle of people in the morning but never a lengthy wait.
