My wife and I had been looking at RV’s for months, but nothing serious. We found Dodd RV while doing a search for different floorplans, and they had one that intrigued us. We went by just to look at it, and left after putting a deposit down. A week later, we finalized the paperwork and were pulling out of the lot with our new RV.
Customer service from the beginning to the end was top notch. You could tell it was a family owned place, and they made us feel as though we were part of the family. When we arrived to finish the paperwork and pick up our RV, they had a congratulations note written on the chalkboard — and everyone knew who we were, and why we were there. They identified us as new RV owners, and worked with us for hours to make sure the first time we used it, we would enjoy it.
