This store does not take returns after 5 days or issue store credit after 10 days. For a tourist shopping city, this is not a good practice. People shop while in town, and don’t expect to get back there right away. They are not interested in returns and figure you are not coming back anyway and why care about customers. This is not a caring family store, you would do better shopping the box stores for the same products. Clay’s is not worth the visit.

Clothing nice enough — prices a bit high for quality. Very prohibitive return policy — make sure you love the merchandise, especially if you are from out of town!
