This is a review of the Hampton NH Location. A few tiles on our pool fell off and needed to be replaced, issue was tiles were discontinued. First we went to Custom Pools, who sold me the completely wrong tile(size, and appearance) and they had my tiles on file. Then they wanted to charge $ 5,000 yes $ 5,000, Where AP basically found the exact same tiles and did it for $ 500. Yesterday(Sunday) i was looking at the tiles, and said I’ll have to call them they as they forgot to add cocking at the top. About an hour later(yes it’s still a Sunday) someone showed up and complete the project.

We purchased a hot tub from Aqua Paradise. They handed us the electrical panel at time of purchase, told us to have it installed, and then they’d deliver. Okay great. My electrician installed the panel, the tub was delivered the next day, and the electrician came back to hook it up the day after that only to find that they gave us the wrong panel(30⁄20 amp instead of a 50 amp). Called Aqua Paradise to find out what to do next and told(rather defensively) that I should send my electrician to Portsmouth to pick up the correct one. I pay my electrician by the hour and we live an hour away, I’ve already paid him to install the wrong panel, and will need to pay him again to install the right panel. So, sending him to correct their mistake was not going to happen. I was then told by the customer service rep that he is «just an hourly worker» and the owner’s daughter was graduating that day and to basically cut them some slack. I stated I really didn’t care that someone was graduating — I needed a resolution(its a business after all, right?). I was then told, and I quote, «I don’t care that you don’t care» and he hung up on me! Nice customer service! After several more calls spanning over 3 hours, I finally ended up in the owners voice mail. He called me back the next day and was very apologetic. He said his staff should have contacted him the previous day and a panel should have been delivered to me that day. He said had it not been for my voice mail, he wouldn’t have even known of the problem! He personally delivered the panel to my house where it is now waiting for the electrician(again) to come and install it. He agreed to pay for the 2nd installation cost. This earned him back a Unilocal star. Oh, and the tub was delivered with a broken panel. I was willing to overlook this at the time of delivery because the delivery guys were super nice and convinced me that Aqua Paradise would stand behind their product and a new panel was on order. Since I have no desire to work with their customer service dept ever again, I will be holding my final payment back until this is fully resolved.

We bought our hot tub from Aqua Paradise and couldn’t be happier! The staff was incredibly friendly and really took the time to pick out the spa that was right for our family.
