Firehouse Thrift Store

We stop by here usually when we come by Portola, usually the people behind the counter are alright to deal with. The reason I’m giving only 1 star is because today they were just plain rude, the whole time we were there the two ladies behind the counter were bickering about all the customers that never put things back so they have to do it. Excuse me, but isn’t that your job? And what’s even worse is that they are volunteers. If your going to volunteer at a business establishment don’t be rude and talk behind customers backs… If your going to act that way especially in front of customers, do everyone a favor and don’t volunteer. In a small town like this if people from out of town stop by on their way through that’s just going to leave a sour taste in your mouth about not only the store but the town. We have had better experiences but more bad than good. Maybe next time I stop by I’ll update my review.
6÷4÷15: Update the store is under new management and the volunteers working were very friendly
