Super great customer service. Austin was awesome and helped my boyfriend and I out with new bearings and trucks. He went over all the products thoroughly, asked questions when he didn’t know, and took the time to install everything for us even though we were in close to closing (oops). Overall really friendly, patient and helpful! Great job Austin :)

After getting totally lied to by the up selling staff across the way at Journeys I endeavored to find the shoes i wanted here at Zumies. The service was wonderful and I was not pressured into buying shoes i didn’t want or need. Unlike Journeys, Zumies actually had the shoes in thier warehouse that I ordered and paid for. And they arrived on time! Very pleased with my experience here

You know what? The service was GREAT! Way to go, Zumiez! It made shopping with my daughter a lot more fun. Both the girl and the guy working with customers were superb and friendly, and not ‘over the top’ or pouty.
The clothes we got were great too — but the service was the win here.
