I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 15 years, back in the day when this place was only a couple peid mani chairs. The owner, Zaid, a sweet woman, has just recently expanded into the space next door and now offers full services including, hair, nails, facials and sugaring.
There are very few sugar places in this town compared to waxing, but once you do sugaring, you will be back.
1. It does not hurt as much. Because the natural sugar pulls in the direction of the hair growth (unlike wax that goes against the grain)
2. The skin is much smoother with sugar
3. The hair gross back much slower so you don’t have to go back as often
I am sold and not only have done my brows, I am sold on the sugaring of the secret woman part too!

Zaid is a very sweet woman, and I went to her salon over my usual because of such great reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not great. I went in for sugaring as an alternative to waxing. The procedure hurt much, much more than the waxing that I’m used to, and I did not feel compelled to write a review until today, when about twenty ingrown hairs showed up. I’ve never been prone to them, but Zaid preached to me during the sugaring session that I «wouldn’t have ingrown hairs» and «it’s better for the skin» etc. Today I have at least twenty ingrown hairs with red, pimply marks. All I know is that I don’t have those when I get waxed.
One more thing. As an aside, I had «sticker shock» when paying my bill. A «half leg with bikini» was listed on the web site as about $ 80, but I was charged $ 105.

Once again my nails look amazing! Zaid is always happy to see every client that comes in the door and the atmosphere is always comfortable, professional but relaxing. They just opened the hair salon addition and it is beautiful. If your a hair stylists who needs a job or would like to move to a new Salon that’s beautiful and in the heart of Sellwood get ahold of Zaid. They also just hired a new nail/​pedi tech and she is going to detox my feet next weekend. I can’t wait. They also do sugaring instead of waxing and my face feels so smooth and it’s been 6 weeks with no sign of grow out. it’s wonderful. This would also be a great place to get gift certificates for loved ones for Christmas or birthdays.

Went in on a Saturday with my mom. The owner was there along with Joe and Cindy sweet atmosphere and we got right in. The women super kind and full of knowledge. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon.
Great conversation, great massage, perfect nails and lots of laughter. I don’t know about you, I like a lot of joy when I go somewhere. I’ll be back and recommending this place to all my peeps. Get your nails done by any of the girls, you will not be disappointed

Zaid is a wonderful and talented woman who makes you feel welcome and does a beautiful job on the services she offers. My mom sees her every three weeks to get her manicure done, and I just had a nice pedicure and eyebrow sugaring. I would definitely recommend Z More Beauty.

I went to the former owner of this salon, because it was in my neighborhood, and easy to get to. I was very unhappy. When I found out that the salon had been purchased by someone new, I decided to give it another try.
I am SO GLAD I did. Zaid is AMAZING. She did my nails for me the first time in May 2014, and I haven’t gone anywhere since.
Zaid is very meticulous, and makes sure your nails are perfect, and exactly what you want. She is an amazing nail artist, and can paint nails that look like stained glass windows!
They don’t use tips for acrylic nails, they actually build the nail with the acrylic, and it ends up looking perfect when it is done; not that weird «shovel-​esque» look you get with tips that don’t quite fit your fingers.
The salon is very clean, and comfortable, and they make sure every piece of equipment is sanitized, and ready for the next person. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and music is always playing softly, and the speak English; so you are never worried they are talking about you. lol
I have also gotten my lashes done for a special event, and they looked amazing!
