I planned to have about 20 people out here for my birthday party. I checked the website, I checked their calendar of events. I called and left several messages with no response. On the day of the event the place was unlocked, but dark. Re-checked hours, they were supposed to be open. Called, nothing. So we all scrambled for a plan B. It’s a great idea, I hope they get their act together.

Yin has got to be one of the most pleasant bartenders I’ve ever met. Great place to go get a beer and dig your feet in the sand.

This place is the best. Who could’ve imagined a beach volleyball court in PDX. They have 4 courts and a some very nice beach sand. If you get thirsty, there’s a reasonable priced bar. If you’re hungry, there’s some mexican food in the same building. Some people may complain about the noise but those reviewers should give their apartment complex a bad review and not Wok’s up. The service that Wok’s up offers is to people that play volleyball and have fun. The establishment wasn’t placed there to keep the neighborhood quiet.

I can not believe how rude they are to the players. We are encouraged to buy beer from the bar, but they won’t let us park in their parking lot. Your players are your best customers, I suggest you start treating them like it.

Food was decent but I don’t go for the food, I go to use their outdoor sand volleyball courts. Grab a beer or pitcher of margaritas at the bar, sign up/complete the forms necessary if it’s your first time, then go relax in the sun and sand and play some volleyball.
