White Van Shuttle

wow, what a bummer! just called to schedule an appointment from Aurora (after having emailed a request and getting no response) for a 6:00 a.m. flight. was told — sorry, they don’t start until 4:30. hmmm… really? i’m pretty sure i’ve used white van before for this early a.m. stuff — pickup in the 3:00 o’clock hour for way out here. maybe just don’t want to get up that early? me neither, but it’s not my job. all righty then, moving on.

I would give 0 stars if possible because that is how much service I got. There is nothing on the website to tell you that you must give them at least 24hrs notice. I sent them an email and when I hadn’t heard from them 6hrs later I called them to confirm. Now I’m stuck with no ride and only 4 hours to get to the airport. They are horribly disorganized. All the rides are handled by subcontractors so they could not even see my reservation if I’d had one. Steer clear of this disappointing and frustrating vendor.

We waited at the airport for our shuttle from White Van. It never arrived. I attempted to call Coco and not only did he NOT answer, he wouldn’t even call me back. Thank goodness the attendants on the platform were able to find us another shuttle. I will never call White Van again.

Absolutely the best !!! Always on time, safe driver, very reasonable rates and flexible time availability. Very good communication– they give you a heads-​up call 30 minutes before pick up. I’m so grateful that a nice, reliable service like this exists ! I have already used them several times and I’ll continue to use them every time.

I schedule a pickup from Newberg to the airport the night before a flight. (11-1-2013).Arrangements were with Coco and wife Koy actually did the pick up. This husband and wife team were very polite, professional, and dependable. Koy even called to let me know when she picked up and dropped off my daughter, which I really appreciate. My daughter said the van was very clean and up to date, unlike the economy service she used before. Only small issue was figuring out how to get the credit machine to work, but we figured it out :) Will use again. Ask for this couple when you call.

White Van Shuttle is actually a company of many subcontractor drivers. The absolute best drivers are a husband and wife team of Coco and Koiyan. They are fantastic. I take them to-​and-​from the airport every week. Over the course of the past 3-​years, I have trusted them to pick me up at all hours of the night and day. They are very dependable and genuinely good people.
I travel every week and would not consider getting my wife and our daughter out of bed at 4:00 a.m. to drive me to the airport. That is just cruel and unusual punishment for my family. Rather, I know that I can depend on the professional, business oriented transportation of Coco and Koiyan.

I had a guest staying at my house last night that was leaving for the airport this morning. She had a reservation for 3:30 am. They didn’t show up. She waited for an hour and she finally woke me up and I had to rush her to the airport. No call, no apology, no nothing.

We had a confirmed reservation to be picked up at 4:15AM about a week ago. They never showed up. We called and got voicemail. This forced us to drive our own car and pay for 10 days of parking. Not only were they no-​shows, but they did not even bother to call back or email any kind of apology. Run far and fast from this company if reliability is important to you in an airport shuttle service.

Took it yesterday from PDX airport to Vancouver. The driver was friendly and on-​time. I tried to book Blue Star before but they require a 48 hour advance notice, whereas White Van Shuttle took me even when I called the day before my flight. Excellent customer service and very reliable!

White Van Shuttle really saved us last weekend when we needed a ride to the airport at the last minute. They even picked us up at 4am. They showed up a couple minutes early and got us to the airport super quickly. The van was clean, comfortable, and the driver was friendly… even at such an unreasonable hour.
The cost was fine, $ 35 for myself and my husband. We would use them again if we were in a pinch.
