Vip Texaco Shell

This gas station is owned by a man named Hai Gov. He also owns the shell on foster. My pregnant wife visited this establishment 05÷10÷14 and was over pumped by a modern primate suburban survivalist named Tyler. Although the incident was entirely accidental, we could not afford an over 50 dollar over pump so we asked a woman inside Kim P to speak with management. The claims that she has no way to contact this individual and is reluctant to provide any information about who hired them. After a few idle threats to call the police she decided it best to release where we could find the owner which of whom was at the time running the other station he owns. We ventured all the way down there only to receive lies about his responsibility as a manager/​owner and told me that his employee had to pay for it which is actually illegal unless he signed a release as an independent contractor upon hire. I told him my experience in management at petrol stations and that it was illegal what he was doing and proceeded to call non emergency and wait on the parking lot. Unfortunately my wife who is pregnant began having contractions so we had to cancel the call and left toward home. I called my bank and froze the transaction. I am calling corporate tomorrow and I believe they will handle this criminal. The phrase criminal is being used due to the fact that he took money that he was never offered and was never entitled to and this is far from over! I will no longer pay this man for any service he provides and you shouldn’t either. Go to the one off division. They’re cheaper anyway.

Most of the people that work there are pretty passable as helpful. There are a couple that haven’t the slightest clue, I waited for almost 20 minutes while the woman at the cash register got everyone’s gas «order» mixed up. I was blocked in or I would have left. They are always more expensive than competitors and they charge to use debit cards unless you are getting gas and have different rates for credit card users, including people that use the shell card. It’s too bad, it’s right around the corner from my house and I won’t be going there.

The location of this gas station is correct but I don’t think this station deserves to have «VIP» in its name.
I understand that gas stations get busy and there is a wait when Oregon has a law about pumping your own gas. Minus the normal wait time, this gas station is one to skip when you are in a rush. I admit that my car was telling me that I only have 14 miles before my car guzzles the last drop out of my tank.

I pull up to the station and every pump was occupied. I wait til there was an open pump. I pull up and the attendant asks me, «how much?» I replied with $ 20. He tells me I have to go inside to pay with my credit card. I’ve never had to go inside to pay for gas with a credit card. I wait behind 5 other customers (I’m assuming were in the same situation as me) and wait til its my turn. Keep in mind that they can’t start pumping gas until I’ve paid. I find out from the cashier that if I was filling my tank that I can pay with my card but because I was only getting $ 20, I have to go inside. To add to my feeling of being super annoyed, as I pulled away from the station to find a smaller sign with credit card rates.
I’m never going back to this gas station.
for a busy gas station, it doesn’t make sense how they operate… Isn’t volume better than credit card fees?
