Verabel Jewelry

Ordered several items from Verabel on Etsy website on ¹²⁄₆. I received an emal on ¹²⁄₁₆ saying shipping was delayed 2 weeks and expected ship date was ¹²⁄₂₀. Item did not arrive for christmas and I gave negative feedback. They said it was clearly marked on web site ¹²⁄₃ was last date to order for xmas (why didn’t I see if it was clearly marked). They sent me a nasty email ¹²⁄₂₅ (xmas day thanks) that the order hadn’t shipped (you mean it didn’t ship ¹²⁄₂₀?). They were not going to ship and cancelled my order as retaliation for my negative feedback. Thank God I paid with paypal now I’m looking for a refund. Disgusted in Wisconsin
