Velvetone Cleaners

Do not use these dry cleaners! My fiancé took in 2 dresses to be cleaned. When she got the dresses back, both dresses still had the stains and each dress had a tag on it saying they could not get the stains out without ruining the dress. However, what the note didn’t say is that they did in fact ruin one of the dresses. When she went to put on one dress (that only had a small stain to begin with), it was covered with large dark spots. It is completely ruined. So, not only did this dry cleaner not clean the dress, they also completely ruined one dress that was actually still wearable before she took it in. The other dress had new stains on it as well. I would not recommend Velvetone to anyone, in fact I would recommend they go anywhere but here.

I frequent these cleaners and they are always friendly. They use the GreenEarth cleaning system so they are good for both your body and the planet, and they stay open until 6:30pm, so they’re pretty convenient. Their prices are reasonable as well. What more could you need from a dry cleaning service?

This dry cleaner is eco-​friendly and connected to a Chinook Book coupon. The staff is also friendly (just regular, not eco) efficient and helpful. They keep the doors and windows open on nice days and it has a nice breeze passing through. Though we’ve only done dress shirts and sweaters, everything has been professionally clean, pressed and perfect. And they’re so close I don’t even need to drive! Love it.
