I visited this place to meet a client. Horrible place! I had started with a drink and sat down at a table. When buying my drink, I asked the lady what is the big building behind here?”(you know just trying to make conversation)-she snapped at my rudely«it’s the same building!”-ah ok. When my client came, he sat at my tables, he was finishing his coffee that he had already had, after all we said«let’s meet for a coffee», that was 1 reason I got a different bevg. Then the man behind the counter came over to our table and questioned in a demeaning tone, «are you guys going to have anything else?”-honestly we WERE, but just the fact that he is questioning us, we both said no, then he said you can’t just sit here. I was there a total of 10 minutes, and my client, 5. He complained that my client had brought another coffee in, WELLYES, HEWASFINISHINGIT& «GOING» to buy another here. These people should NOT be in the food business, now I understand why there was o ly 2 other people in the large place. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. You just lost 2 customers plus all of our word of mouth!

First time here. We tried this place on Thursday 1÷14÷2016 around 11:30am. There were a few people in there obviously on lunch break. This place for sure does most of their business from the local businesses surrounding it. Inside was extremely clean and was actually rather large with lots of seating. The menu is repeated on both sides and easy to read. I actually found the couple rather polite. They aren’t there to chit chat but asked us what we would like, said thank you, rang us up correctly and our order was correct. That is more than I can say for a lot of other places. My wife had the #8, ham, Swiss and salami. I had the #11, turkey, pastrami and provolone. It came up pretty quick. The bread was crazy fresh. The sandwiches are very simple, but tasty. By default, they put cream cheese on all sandwiches, so be sure to ask without if you are not down with that. I would say my sandwich could have used a pickle spear. Pastrami on rye just needs a pickle. My wife went to the bathroom and commented how clean that was as well. When we left, I thanked the couple and said the sandwiches were good and they smiled, said thank you and seemed polite. The breakfast menu actually looks like it might be the highlight of the place. We will for sure be back to try it out.

Hardly edible food. Rude, HORRIBLE customer service. The owners, husband and wife, are cold and irritable at anyone coming in. My husband was grabbing a sandwich there while we were at the nearby facility for an appointment, and I simply asked for some hot water for my thermos so I could enjoy some tea. They were going to charge me a dollar for hot water. I passed. The next time we had to step into this business, it was pouring rain outside and were waiting for the bus. We had a good twenty minute wait and thought we could pop in for a warm and dry place for a few minutes. Absolutely not. The lady owner stared us down and yelled at ask, asking if she could take our order and if not, that we needed to leave. If the place was busy with business, I’d totally understand not taking up space, but this«bistro» was empty. They seem miserable. And, it translates to all around them. Boo!

Food is mediocre at best but the man and woman that I have seen each time I go in are plain rude. Finally had enough to post this review.

Tony’s is exceptionally clean, serves good portion sizes for a relatively low cost, and is located conveniently close to work. I had the chicken salad sandwich and was pleasantly surprised with the taste. The bread it was served on seemed homemade and was very fresh. I wanted to go up and ask where the bread came from, but shied away. This brings me to a second point. The lady at the counter, while well meaning I’m sure, did act«bothered» with people. No smile and thank you for coming, but straight business. While I wanted to go up and say thanks for the great sandwich and inquire about the bread, I decided to slip quietly out the door. You must pick and choose your battles. If you expect to be fawned over, this is not the place for you. If you expect good prices, portion sizes, and flavor, then this place may be for you. Just don’t take offense to the cool attitude emitting from the counter. Enjoy the food instead!

Wonderful sandwiches with fresh ingredients on good, fresh bread. This was my second visit and will definitely return soon, much better than fast food sandwiches!

They should rename it to Tony’s Sandwiches! Lots of variety for sandwiches. Only a few other things on the menu. Would be nice if they offered a few more hot things like mac and cheese or burgers… the building has a lot of tenants that would eat there more often if the selection was bigger to include more things. That being said, the sandwiches are good, especially the BLT(special) and the Hoagie. Add other items like pasta and burgers and its 5 starts all the way.

Tony and Mary are very nice people and have always been very kind to me. They make the best sandwiches in town. I’ve been going here for years dating back to the clackadeli years and the food is delicious. They have an enormous menu to choose from but the hoagie is my personal favorite… soo yummy!

Except for the premade cookies the food is OK at best. The real problem is the«customer service.» It is horrible. The people are rude and unfriendly. I have tried it 3 times thinking maybe they were having a bad day but nope, always bad. The man makes the food and doesn’t even look at you when he calls your name to tell you it’s ready. The women who takes the orders acts as if you are bothering her. Plus they charge you to use your debit card? Really!!! Who does that? Not to mention the food is very overpriced. I won’t be coming back here and you shouldn’t either.

Horrible, I just spent almost $ 20 on breakfast bagels(4) and brought them back to the office. Every single one of them were cold in the middle, I called and told them what happened and all the owner could say was«I don’t know what to say» how about sorry? can I offer you different ones? ANYTHING? Aside from this the honest truth about the food: it’s sub par. Take away the horrible customer service the food is prepackaged, nothing is fresh and the taste isn’t that awesome. I do not recommended at all.
