Although they do a fair job on their furniture, their customer service and shipping practices make dealing with them not worth the trouble, not to mention the extra expense. They package the items, choose and arrange for the shipping, yet if there are damages in shipping, they take no responsibility and make the customer pay to have it fixed. The shipping company they chose for me(Central Transport), has 85 horrible reviews( ). Had TLS vetted their shippers, I would not now be out $ 900 for the repairs that I have been waiting to be reimbursed for for since January. To make matters worse, Central Transit has claimed to not have received all of the documentation needed from TLS to process the claim! TLS by Design = worst customer service EVER!
