Tim is the BEST! This was my first home buying experience and I have to say that it was very pleasant. Tim showed us home after home and never tried to push us to buy. Talked about pros and cons of each home and was honest when he thought a home was not right for us. We live in Vancouver and he would make the trek over from Portland whenever we wanted. Weekends, evenings, didn’t matter. Tim made this journey a fun one and we couldn’t be happier with our new home!

Tim is AMAZING! He treated us with respect and humor and never lost patience with his «wishy washy» clients — we changed our minds a lot. I’m writing this from my new home, thanks to him, and I couldn’t be happier. Out of all of the steps involved in buying a house (some of which are tedious and painful), Tim made the experience an enjoyable one. He answered texts at all hours, every day of the week, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him.

As a first time homebuyer, I can honestly say that Tim was 850% on my side. His goal is to see all the homes in the Portland area. He happily and eagerly shows you house after house, on weekends and even at 10pm on Wednesdays. Even if we wanted to see it for a second time. Even after failed negotiations. And even if you email him the night before, he would try his darndest to get you in the door to a house the next day.
What really impressed me was how fast he works. I don’t even think he sleeps! We found out on a Thursday evening that a house we really liked went back on the market. And since I was going out of town the next day, I wanted to make sure we put in an offer the next morning before I head to the airport. Done and done. The document for me to e-​sign was already waiting in my inbox the next morning. From the time we put in the initial offer to the time we signed final paperwork was 3 weeks! He is lightning fast, thorough, experienced, and just an overall great guy.
If anyone is looking to buy (or sell) a house, I would recommend Tim in a heartbeat.

We met Tim one year ago when he was handling the sale of a bank-​owned float home. I asked him if he could act as agent to both seller and buyer and he replied yes, and proved it by being one of the most amazing representatives I have ever dealt with. Despite the not very pricey sale, he gave it his all. It was especially meaningful to me as I was in the midst of chemotherapy.
He never pressured, even when appointments were postponed. If he did not know the answer to one of my hundred questions, he found it for me. He recommended inspections and inspectors, he researched Marina agreements, he even held the end of the tape measure for me. Tim is reassuring, professional and genuine. Selling or buying? It doesn’t matter, call Tim.

My husband and I had barely turned 20 when we decided to buy our first house. It was incredible the amount of confusion, details, options, and factors that we were unprepared to consider. Then swept in Tim. He was kind, honest, communicative, and what more – understanding and sympathetic. I highly recommend Tim as your realtor. We purchased our house two years ago. And after working in property management and various realtors… I would still recommend Tim and Tim alone. There is none of that «skeezy» trying to sell you a house pressurepressurepressure. He made it fun and enjoyable, and if it got too stressful for us, he’d find a way quick as rain to make it go away. Looking back I can easily see how purchasing a house can be made frantic and stressful. I’m sure at times I was a horrible nag. But he would of never let me know it: P
