This is my second Unilocal review for this business. I wanted to thank Don Somppi for helping to arrange a replacement part for a Covermate Freestyle spa cover. Don coordinated with the distributor, Leisure Concepts, Spokane WA and within two days we had the part we needed.
This is some kind of fantasy customer service, but it is not the first time we’ve received great service from The Pool and Spa House. Previously we had a need for a system that would work for our round spa. Don, again steered us to a great solution. This store also has every type of chemical needed to keep spas and pools in great shape. A business that understands customer service and «going the extra mile.»

FANTASTIC customer service! Don took great care of me, gave me a great deal on the Big Green Egg (on special this month), and even delivered the egg to my home! Unbelievably great «old school» service. Thank you Don, I’ll be back.

Excellent, Excellent customer service! We do not have a pool but purchased our Big Green Egg there and they completely took care of us. From all my questions leading up to the purchase to the purchase itself they were very helpful. We would definitely use them again to purchase another egg or if we had any pool or spa needs. Don’t have a pool or a spa. But I do have a Big Green Egg smoker/​BBQ grill! Rose City is a Big Green Egg dealer. They delivered my Egg this afternoon. I promptly assembled it and grilled a steak. These guys seem to me to be straight shooters and I’ll recommend them.
