The Founders of Portland sign is a set of text which deals with history. The square shape is not as interesting as the Oregon-​shape of other placards, but this will suffice.
Just as with the Stark Street Ferry plaque, it is well within the grass. I enjoy going by it and viewing it. The letters are small, so try to read more carefully than I did.
