Donna was the sellers agent for a house we recently purchased. During the negotiations and the closing of the deal Donna was quick to respond to questions and problem solving. After the deal was closed there were a couple of issues that came up and needed resolved. Donna was slow to respond to emails and calls. She set an appointment to come by the house but never showed up nor did she call to tell us she wasn’t coming. Our agent had to finally resolve the problems herself instead of waiting for Donna.

I have known and worked with Donna in different aspects for years. I have not had a chance to purchase a house from her but we have worked together as business partners for several years. No matter what business area she is in, she has a unique ability to understand her clients needs and then find what they are looking for. She understands the process and explains the pros and cons as well as the necessary steps for the whole thing. She sticks with you until the task is complete and she truely cares that her client is satisfied and happy with the outcome. I could not recommend her highly enough.
