Quite possibly the most unfriendly and unhelpful front office staff. Although I personally think that Dr. Megan Cavanaugh is wonderful, I have had the most difficult time getting past the front desk to talk to Dr. Cavanaugh’s nurse. The scheduler will refuse to transfer the call and will only take a message. It’s a little upsetting to spend $ 2,000 on a MRI then have to wait 1 month to get results. They will not give MRI results over the phone. I find this ridiculous — I just want to know my results!
