GREATBURRITTO! Stopped in today after work. I normally get my burritos at Olé Frijole further east on Killingsworth. While the burritos here were $.50 more than Olé Frijole I would say it is well worth it! The woman working in the cart was extremely friendly and added the bonus of putting free Pineapple on my burrito! I got the Al Pastor Burritto and added Habanero and Pineapple for no extra dinero. Also the burrito was HUGE. Great service, great food, good price. Very impressed!

LOVELOVELOVE this place! I have been here more than I probably should in the past month, but I can’t help myself! As a part-time vegetarian, I appreciate a really good veggie burrito that is more than just beans/rice/cheese/salsa, and they have just that! The grilled Mexican zucchini & onions is always delicious, as is their soyrizo. Oh and their tortas?! Huge! At just $ 6-$ 7, you get a steal! Oh, and don’t forget to get red salsa, you’ll thank me later. If the food doesn’t keep you coming back, their service will — everyone is so friendly :)

I ordered a burrito with tofu. Overall, it was tasty. However, the burrito was filled only with refried beans, rice, tofu, cheese, and a little sauce. Granted, there was no sour cream because I asked for it to be withheld. However, there were no avocados and no cilantro, which I was really looking forward to because the menu said it came with avocado and cilantro. For a cheese-bean-rice burrito, it tasted good, but I wanted what was advertised.

Burr-i-tos, f*** yeah! Did that work? I didn’t think so. Fortunately the burritos here are way better than my lame-arse musical jokes from a movie I’ve never even seen. They’re, well it’s hard to explain why a particular burrito is awesome. It’s just a burrito. There’s a tortilla, and some meat and other stuff. Nothing funky or freaky, just a pretty dang good burrito for a pretty reasonable price. This is what I’ve been getting when I come to this pod, and it’s going to be hard to beat.

Another cart located in the new Piedmont Station food cart pod(NE7th and Killingsworth St.). This place has you covered for your Mexican food fix on the cheap! Dollar tacos– your choice of protein(including tofu and soyrizo for the veggie lovers in the crowd). They also have burritos, nachos, tortas, etc. Most items are $ 5 or less. I like the salsa verde they have here as well, but my hubs was wishing they had a sauce with a bit more heat to it – he likes it spicy! Once Le Tap opens in the cart next door(hopefully in the next week or two) this will be a great place to get your beer and taco fix!

Delicious burrito! I cannot recommend it highly enough! Just moved from California and I was craving some delicious Mexican food and this place hit the spot and then some. The burrito tasted so fresh and the chicken was perfectly flavored. Also, very friendly service :) I’ll definitely be back. Probably tomorrow.

The hours are inconsistent and frustrating. The hot sauces are garbage. The tacos have risen 50% in price since they’ve opened.

While walking to the post office today, I decided to take a look at what the new food cat pod had to offer. Of course, I couldn’t pass up dollar tacos! The two gentlemen that work here are super nice and willing to answer questions. Tacos hit the spot. Looking forward to trying more from this great little cart.
