Never took the opportunity to write review o Unilocal,but this last phone call from Swag deserves a note… Had this woman on the phone whose tone of voice is totally inappropriate. My husband worked with them at least 3 times, and surely left around 1000 $. Every time we had an issue, but we had faith they would correct this. Well I actually just told this woman that my husband was not happy with the quality of the jersey he had ordered, she simply said he can go somewhere else if he wants to, and she hang up the phone… Absolutely rude, i would NOT recommend this place, because the quality of execution is poor and the service is obviously terrible

You can tell a lot about a company based on how they treat customers with small orders. I just need 5 shirts embroidered, but I was given excellent customer service. They got my order done a day earlier than I was initially told, and the shirts look great. The price was reasonable too.
