The last time I was in, I wasn’t thrilled with the manager. Needing a hair cut last night, I dropped by; peeking in to see if she was there. She wasn’t. That meant I could go in without dealing with her.
I got Ashlie, for a 2nd time. She completely redeemed the store for me because she is so attentive and does such a good job. She doesn’t take too much off and is really good at layers and face framing. Let’s hope she doesn’t leave because I want her to be my new hair girl.

I’ve been going here for almost 20 years. The staff is always diverse, friendly and isn’t bossy about your hair «needs». Last time I visited I was rocked out by Zach, who put in some highlights. Absolutely awesome, friendly and attention to detail.

I was greeted by an extremely chatty woman who clearly decided to push her wild choppy hairstyle onto my long simple locks :(I was treated with very short layers on the left side of my face and 3 inches taken off when I specifically asked for one. I am very disappointed with the professionalism shown by this «hairstylist» and was given a full refund, unfortunately that does nothing for my short choppy uneven hair.

I was given a hair cut by the manager of this location. I had Pinned a picture of the cut I wanted and showed it to her. It will take approximately 3 mos for it to grow into the style I wanted. If I weren’t so angry, I would be in tears! $ 25 for the worst haircut I have ever had. I feel like I should buy a wig or a hat to wear until my hair grows back. I feel so ashamed of the way I look.

Super cuts works for us and I mean it. I know I have only 2 check ins, but I seem to forget to check in. My son loves the lady hair stylists and always knows what he wants: #2 buzz cut. The ladies enjoy talking with my whipper snapper.
This facility is clean and quick. There does seem to be turn over or mixing up of faces here, but it could just be employees moving shifts, etc.

Went earlier today to get my hair cut and Zack was my hair stylist did an amazing job. Really listened and took in account my ideas in what I wanted done and before cutting told me what the length would be if I had it cut to what I wanted. It was overall a great experience I recommend Zack hands down.

I recommend choosing a stylist who takes good care of their own hair and appearance.

I’ve always avoided places like Supercuts because I’m very particular on how I like my hair cut. True story, No Lie, Candace proved me wrong by giving me exactly if not better than what I asked. I went in skeptical and even told her my past horror stories and what I expected in my doo. She made me feel at ease and was so confident that she could give me what I wanted, that she is now my stylist of choice and I don’t mind fighting traffic from the west side to get my cut & shampoo. The hot rag also helps. By far hands down if you need a stylist, go there, the staff is amazing and you will not regret it.

The other places in town are pretentious and expensive. $ 35 for a men’s haircut is insanity. I get a simple trim every three weeks or so. No way I’m spending $ 500+ a year on trimmings.
So far I’ve gotten four satisfactory cuts and one mediocre one. If you’re getting one of those half-​shaved trend-​bombs, I’d suggest going somewhere else. If you need a quick style to look like a productive member of society again, go here.
Update: I got a 10-​minute haircut from a stylist trying to get off her shift as quickly as possible. It was maybe the worst cut I’ve gotten as an adult. Really pretty awful. I went to Barber Dan down the block and he spent nearly 40 minutes making my head look immaculate again. Steer clear, homies.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD. I went in last night because I needed a cut and my usual place was unavailable. I am not a stickler for haircuts, but I know what good cutting technique looks like and the girl (I will not say her name) did not have it. She was chopping away like there was no tomorrow. I thought it looked ok in the store, which I say is due to deceptive lighting, but upon getting home and taking a closer look, my hair is a lopsided mess. There are long chunks in the front, uneven blending on both sides and basically I should shave it off and start over. NEVER AGAIN!

I have never had such a bad attitude from a stylist. I’m not one who really understands fashion or haircuts in the slightest sense, and I normally leave it up to the person cutting my hair. The woman who cut my hair today could not be more annoyed with my ignorance to styling. As soon as I said to do whatever looks good she grabbed her trimmer and buzzed my hair down in what was quite possibly the quickest and most uncomfortable haircut I’ve ever had. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something, but that was completely rude the way she did it and I’ll never get my hair cut there again.

Hazelle is the best! She is so personable, kind, and fun to talk to, and gets my hair perfect every time! If she’s not there and I desperately need my hair cut, she leaves notes under my account on what she does to my hair so it’s always done well no matter what! It’s clear this store in particular has strong training in customer service skills. Everyone is so nice! Mona cut my hair last and she did a great job. Both her and Hazelle helped me find the perfect upkeep for my hairstyle too, and let me know of any discounts and promotions upcoming, as products can be a little spendy. In general, I have ALWAYS been satisfied with my customer experience at Supercuts, but specifically, everytime I get a compliment on my hair I refer everyone to this particular store as it is my favorite!

Kenny is great! He wants you to be happy w the result and talks w you throughout. I had a fairly drastic cut today and he was certain not to go too short too fast. $ 16 for a cut w no wait. I would go back.

I just got a haircut here that was quite satisfactory… and let’s be real, that’s what you’re looking for if you’re seriously considering a haircut at Supercuts.
My men’s short haircut was $ 16 (no wash, but if you want a wash that option exists). I had no appointment and didn’t have to wait. The woman who cut my hair was pleasant and did a good job. They even topped the whole experience off with a tea tree oil scented warm towel. Overall, it was a great experience for a place that is generally unremarkable.
I can’t speak to coloring or women’s haircuts or how they do when the stakes are high for very important occasions… but for a cheap cut for a casual guy on a whim, I’d say go for it.

I usually get my hair done once a week or so, and startd going back to Super Cuts. My hair is down to my shoulders, and to have it washed and styled it cost me (with tip) $ 43.00! Really? $ 43.00 fir a wash and style at a fast food type hair salon? I think not. You’re not getting my business again. That’s obscene!

Went in for a haircut with pictures to show them exactly what I wanted. It looked fine till I went home, dried my hair and straightened it and saw the back of my head which was butchered. I called and went back in to get it fixed. The hairdresser tried to fix it twice, but it looked even worse. Finally another hairstylist tried. She fixed the crookedness, but it wasnt the haircut I wanted. I went in with long hair looking for a long a-​line and came out with very short hair that was too dramatic for me and not my style. It looked like I had fins. I came home and actually cried, because it took a long time to grow my hair out that length. Hair will grow out, but its going to blow till it does.

Got the tea tree experience with a cut from Tiana. Despite my weak attempt to convey what style I wanted she managed to give me exactly what I wanted. Very pleased.
