If you want to deepen your practice with good alignment and gain a true understanding of what yoga can do for you, go to Aimee’s classes. I received a compliment in class today (from a different studio, I wish I could get to Aimee’s classes more often) that my form is solid. That’s all Aimee… I owe my form and moderation in classes (as in, don’t push deeper into something you aren’t ready for) to her expert teaching. She will also push you if applicable.
Aimee understands how the body works on a natural level. She is an incredibly gifted teacher who is unpretentious with a clear vision for her students. You would do the world a favor by studying with her.

I have attended dozens of yoga classes taught by many different instructors and I have to say that Aimee Williams is, by far, my favorite yoga teacher, period. Aimee’s deep knowledge of the physical body compliments her understanding of the psychology/​spirituality of the mind. Her instruction gives each student an individual road map that eases stressful states by working areas of the body with a nurturing, challenging and humor-​filled coaching style. Even in a group setting Aimee is always aware of each student’s unique challenges, limitations and needs while giving gentle guidance.
Her studio reflects her personality: open, spacious, relaxing, comforting and calm.
