1. Staff are nice 2. Apts are OVERPRICED and following in the steps of many other apartments by charging excess rent for basically a shed. I have been here almost 3 years and the rent has gone up $ 100 every time. These apts are not worth what they are charging $ 1200 – 1500.00 a mth. 4. You can hear your neighbors literally going to the restroom, their conversation in their living room, where they are walking, and even their intimate moments. We live up stairs and I can hear the ppl downstairs, that’s how bad it is. Windows haven’t been updated for YEARS, so be prepared to pay a high electric bill in the winter; and they worry more about the landscape than inside. 5. It’s in a good neighborhood, and again… even though this is good… rent is overpriced. We will not be living here another year after the lease is up. You’d think they’d want to keep their good tenants, but instead they raise the rent so high it’s almost impossible to keep a roof over your head. Inflation has not gone that high, that the rent should go up at all. 6. I’ve also heard that companies like Nike/Intel/Columbia have made contracts with this apt complex, which is why the rents are so high. They are taking in contracts from companies and kicking out the regular folk allowing for monopolies to occur in apartments for companies like Nike/Intel/Columbia, cause they will pay any price for rent. Forget the little guy, right? 7. We also have mold that grows on the window sills that won’t go away, a porch that is angled down that is a bit concerning, and a squirrel that is living behind our heater and attic/roof area. Also, once in a while we get ants. Paper thin walls, good staff, good neighborhood, overpriced rent, old windows, sagging architecture, some mold issues, and critter issue.

StoneRidge at Cornell is a wonderful community to live in. I stayed here when I relocated to the area last year. First off, they allow pets. which I think is amazing. But on top of that the apartments themselves are updated and kept in great condition. All of the staff are great to work with, super nice folks. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job of fixing up repairs and keeping the grounds in tiptop shape. Plus the ginger that works on the maintenance team is pretty darn hot, if I do say so myself. ;) The community is close to shopping and easy access to the Sunset Hwy. Plus they also happen to be within walking distance to a Donut Shop… BONUS! The owners of the donut shop are pretty spectacular themselves. There is also a McMenamins within walking distance, DOUBLESCORE! Overall I think Stoneridge is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever had the pleasure of living in. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Stoneridge is known for their quick response staff and maintenance team. Very quiet and safe living environment. It’s beautiful trees and pool/hot tub makes it feel like you are living in a mini Sunriver!

Been here about two years, still really love the place. The rent’s been raised a bit… dramatically. But honestly I’ve done my research, that’s just what the area is like right now. I’ve signed my lease for another year mostly do to the competency of the staff. No apartment is perfect, so knowing that the people in my office have my back puts me at ease.

I want to give a shout out to Rex in the office at Stoneridge at Cornell. I recently have been moving back to the state after being gone 2 years and he has made what can be a stressful situation for a lot of people a very easy transition for me. The world needs more«Rex’s»!

This place is less than ideal. We had to move to Portland and quickly this summer, which made it a nightmare trying to find a place to rent. So we signed a lease here due to limited vacancies. It only got worst once we moved in. They charge an arm and a leg for these ghetto«updated» apartments that are complete garbage. We have sagging cabinets because someone was too lazy to install them correctly. We have cabinets that won’t stay closed all the way. Our energetic bill is through the roof due to the fact if we want to dry a load of clothes in the dryer, you have to run it at least three times through 50 minute cycles. The shower tub in our bathroom doesn’t plug so can’t take a bath! There’s absolutely NO water pressure either. So get ready for freezing cold showers in the winter! The bathrooms have no drawers?!? The kitchen has a few but it’s absolutely a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment. We can’t WAIT until our year long lease is over.

I experience mold in my sliding door window, from about Nov-February. It was an ongoing issue, in which the apartment management would have to enter every week or so to figure out the reasons why. if possibly it was the sliding door not being properly sealed. or whatnot. The mold is still there, which is very unhealthy. so apparently there is very bad ventilation in the apartment/Master room. I feel that my privacy was taken away throughout those few months. because someone was having to enter just about every day, and them having to put a giant dehumidifier in my room(which there is hardly any room for), was very frustrating. I feel that the door needs to be replaced. The apartment was good about trying to fix the problem. but the over all experience of having mold growing in my room/sliding door was very disturbing, and having it being an issue over the span of 3 months. with still not really a resolution.
