Mitch went out of his way not only to get us the car we wanted but also made sure that we had all the help we needed to get going in regards to additional paperwork and administrative hurdles. Absolutely fantastic car buying experience. Mitch definitely goes above and beyond to find the best cars in the best condition. He takes the extra steps to find out history of ownership and service records. I am normally not a dealership kind of gal, but I think this may have changed my mind.

What a great experience! Mitch is NOT your typical PUSHY salesman… he is honest, not pushy and as a single woman I was treated with respect and didn’t feel that typical apprehension when the purchase of a car is involved. I think the majority of us are hesitant about stepping onto a car lot as we will be descended upon by people who make their living by getting us to part with as much money as we can. In my previous experiences, the salesmen were more interested in the dollar amount and not with working with me so that we could both be satisfied with the purchase (and perhaps future business with me!). I realize that this is how sales work, but it made me horribly anxious each time I needed to purchase a vehicle.
Much to my delight, my experience with Mitch at Stolz Motors was the opposite of my car buying nightmares. He listened to my needs, gave me sound advice about those needs, did research for me, and never once pressured me. There weren’t any of those «I’ll need to talk to my sales manager about that» disappearances into the secret back offices of Sales Departments or any other of the sales techniques that are used in the large companies.
I absolutely trust Mitch to find the right car for everyone who comes into his lot. If he doesn’t have it, he’ll look for it. If he can’t find it right away, he won’t pressure the sale of something else just because has it on his lot. He has integrity.
