I really like going here in the morning — they’re very friendly, and quick! Not to mention accurate! In fact, one time I was on the phone with my sister when I pulled through their drive-through. My sister commented that she wish the Starbucks in her neighborhood was as friendly. I’m starting to get really frustrated with Starbucks in general though. Now, a lot of times when I get a cuppa coffee, they leave about a gap at the top of the cup. I think this is almost like stealing — I have to open my cup and look in it to make sure it’s full. I tell them«no room for cream» so it can’t be explained by that. When you open your cup and look, the barista often shoots you a nasty look. But I’m tired of getting to my office and realizing that they did it again. However, that is not unique to this location — it seems to be happening at a lot of Starbucks.

Service is great, people are so nice. Only problem is they are often out of things, especially bananas which is a main ingredient in most of their smoothies:(

If I wanted to be talked down to and feel like shit, I’d go up the street to Jiffy Lube. I don’t need sass and attitude when I ask simple questions such as, «Do you put pumps of any syrups in your chai lattes?» «I have no idea what you mean by pumps. We obviously put chai in it. «I’m not an idiot. I know pumps is a common Starbucks word. Not coming back.

Ok so I went through the drive through this morning, wanting to get in and out on my way to work.(On a sunday). So there wasn’t much of a wait! In fact, as soon as I pulle dup they asked me what I wanted, and to take my time because I hadn’t even looked at the menu yet! …Even though I kind of knew what I wanted. If you want some sort of pastry item that you know some starbucks carry that isn’t on the menu, just ask! i wanted a blueberry scone which wasn’t on the menu but I asked and they had one :) The scone itself though was stale. I love scones and I know they usually have a dry kind of stale taste, but this I could tell was probably a day old. Which is fine but I would have liked a fresh one. The drink, a grande frap, they assumes I wanted whip which maybe most people do an I definitely should have told them no whip but I forgot cuz it was 7am on a sunday. The drink itself was great, tastey and delicious just like I have had before. Overall, your average starbucks. I’m interested to see how fast they are during rush hour.

I only go here on occasion. Unfortunately this is the second time in a row that I’ve gone through the drive thru for a coffee and both times the coffee had a lot of coffee grounds in it. Needless to say I won’t be back. This is terrible!

I hate to say that the drive thru concept is really handy when I’ve got my two kids in car seats with me, but this Starbucks is by far one of my least faves. There is one particular staff member that is always rude and the drip coffee, although my standards are lower for Starbucks anyway, is consistently burnt and sludgy(like it’s been sitting in the coffee pot for days). Most mornings, even with the kids in tow, I choose to walk in to New Seasons or Roman Candle with them and get the good stuff.

Now that I have babies I have learned to appreciate the modern invention that is the DRIVE-THRU. Yes, you too, can have a coffee(or iced tea, or cake ball, or whatever) without needing to wake your sleeping children. In a previous life Starbucks would have never been my first choice, but I am happy with my drive thru twice weekly iced coffee.

My only disappointment about this location is its a walk up drive up only. What’s with this? I mean I like coming inside a real Starbucks not freezing me butt off standing outside in the rain. These kinds of setups really need to be in areas where it doesn’t rain all the time. Oh but the staff was very friendly and even brought out a fresh(full) half & half just as I was ready to pick up my brewed coffee. Perfect timing on this rainy Sunday morning.

It’s a 5 star for Starbucks drive throughs. Devon was an awesome barista. He was friendly, patient, obviously busy but still able to dole out some customer service, and he offered me my treat receipt when I forgot. thanks Devon for making this morning easy, smile filled, and coffee filled.

No bathroom, no indoors BUT sweet little tables and some sunshine should the sky permit. The peeps there are super cool. When I walk up I usually see at least 6 or 7 cars which seems like a lot for a drive thru but hey, I live literally 95 steps from this shop and the drive thru is non stop. I look up to 7 cars, walk up mins later, GONE! On a quiet early morning I can hear you order your frappy drink with soy whip whatever. Go ahead and get the Venti. I know you want too. The dude with the ‘stache is ALWAYS singing or dancing around the place. The girls giggle and watch. So do I. Most are cool but a cpl of the chicks there are so… lifeless sometimes. I mean you have a dancing, singing, cute mustache guy. Pick it up a bit. Oh! and dont get all bent outta shape when I bring in my $ 7+ dollar empty bag of coffee for my free cup of ‘jo. Dang. Coffee is always legit for being ‘bucks and sometimes they have a organic brew going. Rare, but worth asking about. This is a GREAT spot :)

When it comes to Starbucks, you know what you’re getting. The menus at each franchise are just about identical, but there are distinct differences that make some branches more favorable than others. This review is meant to reflect what makes this Starbucks unique more so than the company as a whole. This location is exclusively drive through/walk through. If you want to sit around and read or do some work, this is not the Starbucks to do it at. If you want coffee to go, maybe it is. For frequent coffee drinkers, I also strongly recommend pursuing a Starbucks Gold Card if you do not already have one. By simply reloading and reusing a gift card, you can easily reach Gold status(which I think is worth it even under the new company rules). By doing so you get a free drink or food item after you’ve racked up 12 «gold stars»(items purchased).

I wish I could stop running to the bathroom after enjoying that fine pumpkin spice latte. It was so good. So good. Why does it have to make me so sick? Can’t the geniuses at Starbucks find a way to make their drinks taste amazing AND safe for human consumption? It’s just not fair that there are people out there who enjoy their coffee drinks without obligatory bathroom breaks on the 5’s!

The typical complaints one would pose about a Starbucks still persist at this location, however I’m giving it 4 stars more on the basis that it has been way better at quality, consistency and customer service than any other Starbucks in the nearby area. My boyfriend and i go here at least 3 times a week just due to the convenience. Starbucks coffee has never been my favorite(especially when there are so many more awesome choices in town). Here at least they seem to have their shot pull times down, and rarely do i get a coffee beverage that is overly bitter or weird tasting(as compared to the one right across the street in the Safeway, where i have had some of the worst Starbucks coffees ever). The drive through is easy to get to and convenient. Some of the staff even remember our regular orders! Many of the baristas that work the drive through window on a regular basis are very talkative and even remember what we talked about the last time! So, yeah, it is still a Starbucks, but the staff that work here make it a really good one!

A long time ago this was a coffee people. My mom used to live in the ugly apartments close by and I would swing thru the drive thru to get her a treat and then drop off the treat… oh… and my baby. (Hey, what else are grandmas good for?! At least I took her a scone). Well the grandma is in a care facility, the baby is now a tween and the place is a Starbucks. Things don’t always change for the best. Lol. But I still go thru driv thru when iced tea weather hits. It’s perfect green iced tea. I admit it. And the people are friendly and it is quick and in my path to lots of the places I go in Portland. I get coffee elsewhere. But this is a good tea spot. And banana bread. Or a scone. Starbucks or not.

Very Busy little Drive Thru location. I chose to walk up to the window!!! My Service was fast and friendly and accurate!!! My Soy Vanilla Latte was just how I like it… So, if you drive by and are intimidated by the drive thru line, just park and walk up to the window!!!

It’s not your huge network of coffee shops that I fancy. It’s not the quality. You, Starbucks, are the familiar & friendly ‘no strings attached’ romp in the caffeine sack. You were there for me in Southeast Florida when I had to fly to that bastion of revolting crimes on and by humanity. You were there for me with a drive thru coffee option while I am stuck in a mini van with two napping kids on a road trip. Its no surprise that this familiarity and convenience make Starbucks a big corporate giant that I patronize time and time again. I equally support my locally owned and often independent coffee roasting/serving joints — but — I can’t find them in Lewiston, Idaho or Redding, CA. Kudos to the staff at this particular Drive-Thru! Their demeanor and good humor make me happy as a clam.

I have long been a Starbucks-disliker(hater is too strong) but this place has a drive-thru. I fully admit to going here on occasion with sleeping kids in the back of my car. The baristas are always nice and my drink is usually good, though I only get one thing here: the ristretto bianco. That is about the only drink I like from Starbucks. Everything else tastes bland and/or over-roasted. Oh Starbucks, if you take away the ristretto bianco I will never see you again! For reals. Five stars for the friendly and fast service but I have to dock a star just on principle… cause I usually refer to Starbucks as «Charbucks» and avoid it like the plague. As far as a Starbucks store goes, this one has good people working inside and they’re FAST.

It’s a Starbucks. I’m not reviewing the quality and taste of their coffee, or giving my opinion on if it’s an evil empire or not. All I’m saying is this morning, when I was running late for work and dead tired, this drive thru location got me and the seven cars in front of me paid and holding steaming hot coffee(or chai in my case) in under four minutes. This location’s speedy service had me on time for work and happily caffeinated.
