Starbucks

Went this morning on my way to work and couldnt even order it was still dark and their menu board didnt even work, could not see what to even order! Dissapointed as big as a business as Starbucks is you would think that would not be a problem. Not a good way to start a morning.

This is my place to come and relax and have a great cup of coffee! You must order their chia tea! It’s the best! I cannot find another starbucks that can make it the same! The ambience here is so refreshing. The employees here are always real nice and always have a smile on their face! I love coming here! You must try it out!!!

Awesome little Starbucks, was surprised by how spacious it was inside. Was nice and neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Most of the bad reviews I saw were from drive through customers, I dined in and enjoyed it so I cannot comment on drive through service. But I didn’t find anything less than a pleasant experience as I stopped here to study. Definitely coming back.

The girl taking orders couldn’t be bothered to listen to my order even though I repeated it twice. She still got it wrong and I had to wait for my order to be remade. It was still wrong but I couldn’t wait any longer. The parking lot and front of the store was pretty trashy. Could use some cleanup and more enthusiastic workers.

This place needs to plan and execute a lot better — over the years they have been slow, but last night was pathetic.
Stopped by on my way home, see a drive through line of 4 cars waiting to get to the ordering board, so I park and head in. There are 2 employees and 2 groups ahead of me in line. The employees are helping one car, then one group at the counter…15 minutes later its my turn, I order one of their holiday drinks — it’s on the menu board twice, on posters in the store…“sorry, we are out of peppermint”, and she goes on to list 3 more flavors they are out of

Tried this Starbucks on three different occasions– all a complete let down. All Starbucks are NOT created equally. Each visit I tried different drinks, which they didn’t get correct. Last visit I figured plain, black coffee… how can this go wrong? Leave it to this Starbucks to be out of coffee– two out of 3 plain coffee that is! Geez.

Gross dirty store with lackluster staff. Makes you wonder is the utensils are clean and if staff is sanitary. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in.

I’ve never had an issue here. It’s mainly my, «Oh let me get a taste of my addiction for the road» as I’m passing through.
I’ve always found the staff fast, friendly & courteous. No matter which manner of beverage I’m enjoying they’ve always gotten it correct.

I give it a 3 because I’ve had some mixed dealings. Some super awesome people that work there to the «I just needed a job and starbucks sounded cool» crowd.
I’ve had some really great drinks from here and some holy sh$% did you pull that out of the trash drinks.
Thankfully the latter of the two is not near as common… ok it was actually only one really bad experience and I probably should have taken it to the manager to have them fix it but I was in a hurry and already down the road by the time I discovered the horrid drink.
So I will give them another try and see how it turns out and hope that one was a fluke.

I was charged twice for one drink and they were unabel to credit my card for the mistake so double check your recepit to make sure they don’t charge you extra. If you want your money back you will be given a 1 888 number to get a refund.

I drive thru on a regular basis — it’s a bit hidden around the back of the store.
Good, consistent coffee — both in the morning (when I go for caffeine) and in the afternoon (when I splurge on the flavored, foofy drinks). Service is always solid & though I don’t go in on a regular basis, the staff always seeems to know someone who’s walking in the store.
Nice, but small seating area.

What time is it? You’re closing??? Has the sun even set yet? I know this town falls asleep at 9pm, but the coffee store shouldn’t.
I’m used to coffee stores that close in the wee hours of the morning so that the next shift can come in, clean up, and get ready for the next day. I’m not paying for just the average coffee, dammit, I want a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
So now I have to take my coffee to-​go and avoid getting harassed by the police because I’m being suspicious drinking coffee in the parking lot. No, I’m not going home. If I wanted to drink coffee at home, I would have made it at home.
No offense to the staff, they are good, polite and professional. But they are also mostly high school kids that are ready to go home because they have class in the morning. Let’s get some night owls up in there.

my tiny little podunk hometown has a Starbucks?! how did this happen? when did this happen?
you can now get a cappuccino here. and i’m not talking about the kind from the machine at the gas station. a cappuccino made from espresso with frothed milk. more importantly you can get a soy chai! mmmmm soy chai.
i’m so conflicted.
i can get soy chai ½ a mile from my parents home — without making it myself — and its yummy.
but i have yet to decide how i feel about starbucks. i secretly crave it. i see people with their starbucks cups and i want to run to the nearest starbucks and get myself one. i’m convinced there is cocaine in it. i feel so manipulated.
