Ordered a bagel and cream cheese«for here»(not«to go»). Impatient employee hands me a wrapped bagel and container of cream cheese. No knife and no plate. She quickly moves on to something else, so I flag her down and ask for a plate and a knife. Clearly annoyed, she hands me a plate and a large, sharp knife that looks like a butcher knife! What?! I couldn’t use it to spread cream cheese but it would have worked great for cutting steak! Didn’t know whether to laugh or get angry. What a weird experience.

This Starbucks near Portland Community College at Sylvania is average. They have a lively amount of tables and chairs, along with the usual selection. This is also within walking distance of Barbur Boulevard Transit Center. I went here when going back from Willsonville. It was prompt, though the outlets to potentially plugin my phone were always busted. There is plenty of transit nearby, and it’s kind of not near much, so it and an adjacent McDonald’s tends to fare well. Try this place if it is convenient.

A great big Thank You for donating coffee for the Metzger Park annual easter egg hunt. I arrived early for pickup and it was all ready to go with cups, cream, sugars and stirrers. The volunteers and parents greatly appreciated it with the Sesame Donuts that were donated as well. The manager was so cheerful and said they were delighted to contribute to community events. The coffee was delicious!

Great customer service. Always pleasant and quick with my order. I will make this one of my regular stops. My drinks are always spot on.

Limited parking on a very busy street corner(5-point intersection) make getting in and out a bit difficult. Add to that no D.T. and you had better not arrive at prime time. Service and offerings are standard — hence the three stars. There are other locations that are easier in-outs if you have to have your coffee at 7:00AM to 10:00AM.

The cure for so-so Hotel coffee, was a short walk over to this Starbucks. My Son came with me for some combination that I can’t remember the name. My standard is black coffee, which was decent here, especially when I didn’t want to hop in the car to try out one of the more independent java huts that greater Portlandia excels.

A little tricky to get into the parking lot in traffic which could be either a pro or con, but otherwise friendly staff, and good coffee

Average customer service. They seemed annoyed that I asked about internet. Only to find out two others also did not have internet. I would find another spot.

I was given a latte that felt very light! I asked the barista to just add more soy! She took the cup and must have dumped out some of the latte and added more soy! So, now I have a VERY weak latte!!! If I drive back there and have them re make it, I’ll look ridiculous! A $ 4 latte should be made right! Guess I won’t be refilling my Starbucks card! Waste!

Although I am not a big fan of Starbucks in general, the staff at this location always makes me want to come back. They are awesome and friendly. They really give you the neighborhood coffee shop feel although its right on a main road!

Stopped by for a latte this morning after an appointment, and staff was very friendly, good amount of seating(but is was busy, so I had to park it on a bar stool), and my latte was just right. Only downside is the parking(like most Starbucks), but my timing was perfect and I was able to nab a spot just as someone was pulling out.

I’ve been to SBUX in several countries, and frequented several whilst working remotely. Still, there’s no place like this one to make you feel at home. Miss the original crew from ’03, but they all still make my morning brew feel like more than«just another buck». Long lines dwindle quickly, but the parking is it’s only issue.

In a chain where the menu doesn’t differ, the staff can make or break the store. And the staff here is amazing!

Pretty much your stock Sbux… its in a pretty good location to be one of those with a drive thru, but it doesn’t have one. The only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars is because they insist on asking me my name for the order everytime I go there… its the same people, and my name isn’t that difficult to remember!

I’ve said it before, a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. So it always comes down to the customer service. The folks here really have their, .clears throat. stuff together. Everyone I encountered was sincerely friendly and engaging. I’m really glad this location is right on my way to school.
