These guys are seriously amazing. My place of employment was kind enough to pay for employee tune-​ups. Everything was great, but shifting from 2^nd — 3^rd gear became a bit more of an issue after the tune-​up. I let them know this, and they really went above and beyond to alleviate the problem. After some trial and error, they ended up supplying me with brand new shifters, derailleurs, cables, etc. ALL FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE!!! My ride is running great now, thanks to their generosity and customer service. I HIGHLY recommend hiring these guys and I will try to persuade all future employers of mine to do the same.

I was really pleased with the service from Sprocketfly. They fixed my scooter up and helped me understand why some of the problems I was experiencing were cropping up from time to time.

Man, these guys are legit!
I was home sick from work, and wanted my bike fixed so I could ride it the next day. Perry and Reid came by at 10am, and in addition to replacing my rear tube… or something… they gave me an awesome tune up. In addition to that, they also took a look at my husband’s bike, and fixed an issue that we had been quoted around $ 200 at another place.
They did this all within an hour or two — while I walked my dog, cleaned my house, and did general at home sick stuff.
They were INCREDIBLY friendly, professional and knowledgable. I ride my bike all the time, but I’m definitely not a «bike» person, and don’t know much about repairs. They were incredibly helpful in explaining to me exactly what the problems were, how to prevent them in the future, and gave me a really straightforward breakdown of what they fixed and how much it would cost me.
They charged my credit card two days later, and it was extremely affordable.
I highly recommend them!
