What an awesome shop this is. They set me up with a Bullitt Cargo bike and the entire process could not have been better. Joel and Barb do a great job with providing advice and guidance on choices for components and customization. Mechanic Tess is the best, incredible attention to detail. It’s been a few months since I got my bike (which was perfectly packed and shipped from the shop) and I continue to be amazed every time I ride it at how well put together it is. It’s a wonderful friendly shop with great staff… what a good bike shop should be.

The husband and I were on a leisurely Sunday ride when his back tire went _​_​_​_​flat. Splendid cycles came to our rescue with new rim tape for both wheels and some new tubes. The location of the shop couldn’t have been better. Jeff was very friendly and knowledgable and we got to see the shop in action as they helped all sorts of people in the same bind. Will definitely use them again.
