If we could we would give the company10 stars. We had a problem with our solar thermal hot water heater and we called several plumbing companies for service none wanted to deal with the problem but one suggested we call Andrew at Solar Energy Solutions.
The first thing Andrew did via phone was to walk us through trouble shooting the water heater problem. We ascertained through his steps that the element had burned out. We could now call a plumber and have the first problem solved. It was incredibly refreshing to find someone this honest and helpful. Especially after ten days of searching for help.
After having the element repaired we called Andrew back to overhaul our solar and thermal panels that help assist the water heater. He was up front about his rates and the possible problems that could be affecting our system
Andrew spent three hours working running from basement to attic to roof in 90 + degree weather. He could not figure out where the problem existed. Here is the amazing detail he charged us for one hour and told us he would research the system and get back to us. He did that day and he found the inventor of the system who will be troubleshooting the system this week.

When we queried Andrew as to why he didn’t charge us for the last two hours he responded it’s the right thing to do.
