I have to be completely honest: my expectations were extremely low. This place is attached to the hotel I was staying in, and recommended by the shuttle driver. Lacking any other options(and a dearth of delivery options) I braced myself as I made the short stroll over. Apparently it’s the same kitchen as the hotel restaurant, but when it gets late at night and the restaurant has closed, they serve a simple menu here at the bar. It’s actually quite clean, and upon entering I just say myself at the bar where they indeed serve food. There were a couple of other parties in there, and one chatty fella next to me, and we were all in travel limbo. I gotta give it up to the bartender who was on top of his game and super nice to everyone. He took my order, and even though he missed the added avocado on my burger, I’m not mad. He was a nice enough guy and the Tillamook Burger was still a solid choice, fries and all. I think I left a really decent tip, and was out the door for $ 15. It’s just the kind of place you want to have next to a hotel. I wouldn’t make special trip here – even on a Trailblazers game night like I had, at 10:00pm. But if you’re staying nearby, fear not. This is a totally viable option for simple food, maybe a drink, and the company of your fellow travelers.

Food was good but just ok. Typical bar food. There were about 8 screens with 4 different games. It was quiet and seemed like a great place to kill an evening waiting for a morning flight.

The bartenders are awesome(especially the martini) but the cooks are in transition

Sky Jockey Sports Bar is probably the last place one would expect a good hamburger to come from but they do it justice. Pricey at $ 9.99 but airport proximities have been gouging travelers since commercial airlines were created. Pros: the bartender was good for light conversation, cheap red wine, dark and quiet which is great after being in bright and noisy jets and airports, generous portions of french fries, Courvoisier Cons: Not connected to main hotel so must go outside, waitress played video poker between tasks(tacky), pale tasteless tomatoes on burger
