The staff are super helpful and the paint is OUTSTANDING (see my review of the Burnside location for more details), but this location is a pain to get in to, it’s a pain to park at, and it’s a pain to get away from. That’s not SW’s fault, but it did always make us think twice about going. Now we hit the Burnside store with the greatest of ease.
That being said, we’ve had so many nice experiences here. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. Also, I may be wrong about this, but it seems like this location has more paint chips – a boon to the indecisive painter.
