We had an unexpected pipe burst that caused major damage to our downstairs. Silo was incredible and helped our family navigate a new situation for our family. They went above and beyond and constantly checked in on our family. I can’t say enough good things about how great our experience was. I asked him to handle any part of the project he was able to which turned out to be everything from the mitigation to the rebuild. Again, our experience with Silo and this company was phenomenal. 6 Stars if I could!

I called ServPro hoping they would be able to help cleanup after a remodel of a 1923 home I recently purchased. My main concern was making sure any lead dust was properly cleaned up prior to moving in with my family. Silo (the sales manager) was quick to respond and met me out at the property at the agreed upon day and time. I knew after talking to him for 5 minutes I would never hire him to do any work on my home, ever. He never once answered any of my questions. He laughed at me and my lack of knowledge in HIS area of expertise. He pointed out work we recently had done to our basement floors as not being done correctly and he made a comment about my husband when he was out of ear shot. Finally, it has been a week and I never received the actual bid via email that he promised. I was looking to have a professional I could trust guide me through an unknown and potentially dangerous situation. Instead I had someone talk to me like I am stupid and make me feel even worse than I did prior to calling. It frightens me that he is frequently interacting with people in traumatizing circumstances (i.e. fires, floods, etc.) and he doesn’t have the ability to make people feel safe and well cared for.

We have some mold issues in our new house. Siro came out to check out the damage and give us a quote. He went above and beyond to thoroughly inspect the problem, and spent quite a bit of time (and patience) answering my many questions. He seems very trustworthy, too. He came out within less than an hour of when I called.

I had a home disaster last week and seriously did not know what to do. After a day of shopping I came home to a flooded basement. I called my insurance agent and he highly recommended ServPro of Southeast Portland office to help with the flood damage. They came within minutes and immediately went to work on making sure that the cause of the flooding stopped and no further damage was done. The clean up was extensive, yet quick because of their expertise. They even followed up with me a few days later to make sure I had no further issues and that everything was still operating ok. They were life savers!
