I wouldn’t even want to give them one star, but Unilocal doesn’t allow less than one. They are the most unresponsive, unhelpful «service» company I have ever worked with. the most recent example was I brought them a robot coupe in for repair and asked them twice to deliver it when they came to fix an oven (that they couldn’t fix, by the way), and they didn’t bring it. Two requests, and still, couldn’t make it happen.

Ron’s is really the only repair business in town outside of refrigeration. They consistently take advantage of that fact by ordering parts next day air, scheduling to come out and look at a piece that you have, charging you four times for a truck fee (both ways), slapping other miscellaneous BS on the bill, the lack of communication is staggering… usually leaving the customer to search for information.
The business mis-​quotes, mis-​bills and then likes to blame it on the customer. A kindergarten class could do better.
Someone needs to start a competitive business up here in the greater Portland area. They’ll wipe the floor with these fools.
