Awesome service! I brought in an 86 cr 250 and he basically brought it back from the dead now it runs amazing! Great people in there!

This place is awesome! Matt and Jim are very cool and knowledgable. If they don’t have what you need on hand, they can secure it for you. They deal mostly with Harley Davidson, but do other stuff too!
They offer fair prices and quick, reliable service! Don’t waste your time (like I did, before I found these dudes) take your bike here first.
Take it from me I am a female with an old assed Honda.

Having done business with Roadhawk Cycle in the past and had a fairly good or average experience, Im willing to recommend this business to someone looking for parts on the cheap. I have never seen anyone working there drinking let alone drunk. Plenty of shops wrap up the work day by relaxing with a beer which I dont see as irresponsible or antisocial. Im not going to write a review based on their happy smiling service, if they have the part I need, dont treat me like crap and charge a fair price then they have done their job.
Its a sad fact that almost every motorcycle shop is staffed by smiling young racer types, wearing cool new sponsor/​logo shop shirts who have no depth of knowledge about motorcycles in general, always focusing on the very latest model and the need to dispose of anything that is more than 15 months old. When I ask my local dealership guy/​gal about ANY bike that isnt currently for sale on the show room floor he/​she has no valuable answer. Salvage yards are different, the staff has to know something about bikes, if the grease under their fingernails offends some customers, too bad, that grease represents hard earned background knowledge, something dealerships do their best to steer away from. Having a well stocked MC salvage yard in your town is a rare blessing these days.
As of early Summer 2013, they seem to be going through a much needed reorganizing process. Attempting to keep all of those parts organized is a 24/7.365 day a year job, my hat/​helmet is off to anyone that even attempts to do that. Ive been frequenting MC salvage yards on the West Coast for over 30 years, Roadhawk is no more or less customer friendly than the average.
As long as they continue to treat me fairly I will return… oh and they had better have an NOS starter spring for my old XV 920 or else I am gonna go to the… dealership? oh I almost forgot, the dealership folks cant even tell me if a CBX, a Z1 or an RM are manufactured by the same company… I guess I am off to Roadhawk then!
