Rui has helped me multiple times with delivery of items and assembly. The most recent one was when I needed help moving a piano on short notice. He came prepared and made sure everything was tightly wrapped and secured. He has always shown attention to detail while being efficient with time. I like the flexibility RAD has shown with scheduling and are open to doing big and small jobs. I highly recommend them. I wish some of the other stores I order from would hire them since they are super reliable.
